Consular Interview Preparation

One-on-one mock interview coaching for immigrant visa interviews — high-frequency questions, document organization and response strategy.

Overview

The immigrant visa consular interview is the final stage of overseas immigration processing, where an officer reviews the authenticity of the case, your qualifications and any grounds of inadmissibility within a limited time. Thorough preparation materially raises the odds of a first-pass approval: it is not enough to know your forms and documents — you must answer clearly and consistently about relationship, finances and your plans in the U.S. We tailor coaching to your specific case and the consulate's practice, offering one-on-one mock interviews, high-frequency Q&A drills and response strategy, plus a document checklist to ensure nothing is missed.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The case was forwarded to the interviewing consulate and an appointment was received
  • An immigrant visa number assigned, with a current priority date or no-quota category
  • Panel-physician exam completed with the vaccination record intact
  • Originals and English translations prepared for all civil documents
  • Able to clearly and consistently address relationship, finances and U.S. plans
  • No unresolved grounds of inadmissibility (waivers or supplements addressed first)

Program Advantages

  • One-on-one mock interviews that replicate the real exchange
  • Case-specific high-frequency Q&A and evidence-driven response logic
  • Document checklist review to avoid missing originals or translations
